Document & advertise deposit wallet design and prototype

Why

• The team has been working on a new full-node wallet for about a year, addressing shortcomings of the existing cardano-wallet and accumulated technical debt
• This effort has lead to the development of a prototype of a new wallet called the Deposit wallet. This prototype although not feature complete, is fully functional and we were able to demonstrate a full realistic scenario usage early December
• We now want to share this work with a wider audience and the Cardano community at large as we think this new tool could be useful to a variety of users

What

Create a website to point people at when discussing usage of deposit wallet, containing:

• Design rationale of the deposit wallet
• Formal specification
• Usage documentation of the existing tool
• Use cases
• Demo
• ...

Acceptance criteria

• There is a https://deposit-wallet.cardanofoundation.org or similar website
• It contains enough material for any reasonably tech-savvy person or organisation to be able to run deposit wallet and understand why it exists and why they should be using it
• It can serve as reference point to discuss potential use case and/or needed features when reaching out to the community

How

• Create new deposit-wallet repository to hold the documentation #4943
• Build a (private) skeleton website taking inspiration from other websites (https://mithril.network or https://ogmios.dev/)
  • Automate publication of website
  • identify categories or pages which are important for documenting and promoting OSS
  • Align design of the website with CF's branding
• Collate "Requirements" documents and turn them into markdown/pages on the website:

  • How to install the d-w prototype (still part of c-w but that's okay)
  • Basic usage instructions (in relationship w/ demo)
