STEAM menu not themed after latest steam update

This only applies to the main steam menu and not the game menu or the background oddly enough, though it may also be a css loader bug as modifying the values responsible does nothing even with proper file permissions.

Might be - also I've seen some mention of stable ids and some translation framework that keeps them mapped correctly, so it could be a bug with that

I think it's a bug with css loader as it still happens after converting both the main css file and the current css values to the universal ids
