USER STORY: Delete Account

As a logged in user, I can delete my account so that I can remove my profile and all my personal data from the platform.

###Acceptance criteria

1. The delete account option is accessible from the profile page.
2. The delete account process is secure and irreversible.
3. The user's data is removed from the platform upon deletion.
