Update hgoogle_file_api

• We want to rename the file to 'hgoogle_drive_api.py'
• We want to add a functionality to write_to_google_sheet():
  • The file checks if we have some tab_name and writes there.
  • If no tab name provided, the function creates 'new_data' named tab and writes.
  • We want to update the function to create a tab with given name and write in this tab.

@sumedha-24 I'm not sure of your workload and hours. Do estimate the time if you can complete this quick one.
