The latest tagged version https://github.com/cavaliergopher/cpio/releases/tag/v1.0.1 points to 58eb672
Which is not in the repo:
This commit does not belong to any branch on this repository, and may belong to a fork outside of the repository.

This is very confusing - we imported the latest release and saw changes that are not visible in GitHub.
