Consider my current game, with several birds trapped on top of peaks. The peaks are unreachable, the birds are trapped for thousands of turns.
This makes it impossible to set dogs (or other units) to "sentry" as the trapped animals will trigger awakening every turn.
I humbly ask for a feature to ignore these birds in some way, because now it is not possible to set a warning for criminals entering my lands.
Or have them die after 250 turns inside cultural borders...

having AI ignore specfic units may prove difficult, but maybe we can come up with a way to evict units from unpassable terrain, I am not sure
