I recently upgraded ck-client from 2.6.0 to 2.8.0 on my mips_24kc device. I noticed it takes more resources and it overloads the device occasionally. I'm not sure which change caused it, but I guess it may be switching to TLS 1.3 is causing this.
Do you have any suggestion for such weak devices? can you make TLS version selection in configuration?
I should mention that I'm using ck with shadowsocks-libev, I was wondering if removing openvpn and tor protocol supporting from the ck-client binary would make it use less hardware resource (?). if so, would separating ck-client for openvpn, tor and shadowsocks on mips architecture help the device?
