Unable to create new wine type

In index.php @ function addWine() {
this code has been left error_log('addWine\n', 3, '/var/tmp/php.log');

Due to this the users are unable to create new wine.

it fixes my error too, im using windows 7 and wampp, before removing that line i got code 500 when clicking save button but after commenting it, it works fine
