Keep getting 404s looking for the file robots933456.txt that show up in Failed Requests in AppInsights:

Just making a note of this for now, this is related to Azure App Service's heartbeat check and can be ignored.

Perhaps we can configure AppInsights to ignore these errors so they don't show up under Failed Requests, polluting that stat.
