Cache seems non-functional

Needs investigation. Seems non-functional for searchTorrents() and/or getTorrent(). Might be that the cache is invalidated/dismissed before it used. All rely on the same function, so this should be a global problem.

a) remove the feature
b) fix cache and add global rate-limiting
