quickstart/stats: remove error measure and use the "STATUS" and "ERROR" tags on measure #470

While giving a code review it realized that we need to revise the stats quickstarts and no need anymore for "error" measure since we can just apply "STATUS" and "ERROR" tags while recording latency.
