We want to find the best, fastest embedding model, and this is one way to evaluate it with MTEB.
Acceptance criteria:
A list of concrete testable criteria that define when the story is fully implemented.
Technical details:
Latency can be measured with either #parameters or actual time measurements
Retrieval quality could be e.g. recall@3
