Thanks for the report, I'm sorry this is still happening! I just submitted a request to McAfee to see if it's possible to whitelist those extracted files in addition to the downloaded exe. In the meantime, you could temporarily turn off McAfee and try again, but I understand why you might not want to do so.

I suspect this is also the issue in #231 and #230, I'm not sure why it's gotten more suspicious-looking to antivirus in recent months :(
