More anti-spam needed

Spam still occasionally ends up on the site, any reason we don't put a Captcha on it? If not maybe I'll see about hammering that out...

I'm not opposed to this but honestly I'm not sure how much it buys us. Right now we're at about a 1 in 14k miss-rate. That should get better as we continue to mark new messages as spam. It might just not be worth the effort (and user pain) to add a captcha. This could also just be solved by sending all of the non-spam messages into a slack channel or email. That way we can quickly glance at it and if we see a spam message we can just mark it as spam.

I'm fine with that as long as its filtered to only show non-spam postings.

Right. By non-spam I mean, marked as non-spam in the database.
