I don't see any obstacles with this. If G4 structure does not appear per se, use restrains to force this. |

Dear Developer, I noticed that when setting constraints in Chai, it only allows for setting residue distances between different chains and seems to support only proteins. How can I set constraints to ensure that a single-stranded DNA forms a G-quadruplex structure? Best regards! |
