Auto-reset trips/assigend date when reconnecting on a different day

If a respondent connects to the survey on a day, but they do not start the trips intro section, reset the assigned date on the second connection if the reconnection occurs at least one day after the previous connection, otherwise the assigned date can be way back in the past and the respondent would not remember their trips.

The only issue would be the date used for the household size, including shared-custody children, which could be different on the new assigned date. Maybe we should highlight the household size again on the reconnection and ask to validate/verify
