Video issues

Hi,
in Chamilo 1.11.32 I cannot embed a Spotlightr video either on the course description page or a module page. I have edited the Chamilo configuration file but still the video does not appear, just a blank space. The embed code - which includes a script and an iframe tag - allows domain restriction and HLS encryption, which are important tools to protect course contents. Is this issue related to CKeditor? Or Chamilo itself? Any way to fix this and allow video embed code? Thanks.
