I can't find any way to contact support so I'm trying here.
When I signed up for chatbox.ai I did it via "sign in with apple". This creates a unique email adress and mails to that adress are forwarded to my actual email adress if the developer has the domain they send emails from whitelisted. Seems the chatbox devs didn't do this because I don't receive any emails. This means I can't login from anywhere else because login requires to click a link you get via email. And because the app doesn't have any option to change the email there is no way for me to fix this.
So devs, please follow this documentation so users are not locked out of their account.
