基于README_dev.md搭建环境，在初始化返回502错误的问题

我根据 https://github.com/chatchat-space/Langchain-Chatchat 的README_dev.md文档，进行如下操作：
执行以下命令初始化项目配置文件和数据目录：
python cli.py init

但是运行报错：

使用PyCharm进一步调试发现，在执行到Client类的__init__函数时，在“self._check_cluster_authenticated()”这一行代码中：
调用的函数_check_cluster_authenticated内，获得的url是'http://127.0.0.1:9997/v1/cluster/auth'，返回的response的错误码是502：

我怀疑README_dev.md文档可能漏说了什么环境搭建方面的内容，希望帮忙指导指导
