The project is currently missing tests to evaluate the correctness of the parser. Correctness is currently completed by comparing the output to what is seen when opening PCAPs in Wireshark. I think the following will be important for this task:

  1. Sample PCAPs for testing
  2. Standardized metrics to compare against
  3. Automation to run these tests each time a new release (see Create releases with cross compiled versions for different architectures #9) is created

There may be other considerations beyond these points, and I welcome additional feedback.
