While testing the new SuppressWithNearbyTextFilter, I notice it doesn't work well in Eclipse.
I think it's an issue similar to #465. It only works when the Checker object is reinitialized. Caching the Checker creates weird behaviors.
I just need to double-check whether it's an issue with the new release or not. If filters are broken in general, and have been in previous releases, I'll open an issue, and move forward with the release.
