Emotemon Storage #7
Description
Problem
We need to store peoples captured Emotemon somewhere so choose a database. Might be influenced by how we want to deploy the thing.
Discussed Possibilities
- Redis
- 👍 As we shouldn't have too much data and only care about speed
- 👎 Would require running it somewhere with enough Redis memory
- Postgres
- 👍 reliable, permanent storage, ACID transactions
- 👎 lookup/transactions are slow
