Can not find some files in the project

This is a great job, i have some issues to ask you.

1. I can not find the flollowing files in the project (generate_dataset.py/AMI.json )
   python datasets/generate_dataset.py ./datasets/AMI.json $SAVE_FOLDER --n_outputs_train 8000 --n_outputs_val 1000 --reverb
2. Could you provide the pretrained model with us? let us to try it.
3. How is the model 's performance about real-time inference/stream inference?
