No files in Internal Storage Issue in Primary ROM after installing Second ROM #1460
Description
Installed DualBoot Patcher app on Lenovo A6000 Plus.
I installed Lineage OS Android 7.1 as Secondary ROM on Data Slot. After booting up in secondary ROM and Booting back to Primary ROM their arises some issues with the internal storage like :

Music App not Starting
-
Gallery Says "No external Storage Issue"
-
File Manager displays all the folders as blank and Cannot see any of the files placed in that folder
(only in Internal Storage) -
Media not downloading on Whatsapp App
-
And other similar issues related to Internal Storage Only
Flashing Stock boot image resolves the above Issue But not able to Switch to Secondary ROM
(but When browsed through ES File Explorer app
and Headed to /storage/sdcard0 = Shows only Blank folders but no files
but from /data/Media/ = I am able to see my all files Correctly )
