Submitted order will contain a QR code and order ID.

QRCode added in pull request Feature/generateQRCode.

Next:

✔ Add order id to OrderReceipt component
✔ Display the name, notes and full order items and costs
✔ use to display only OrderReceipt for printing.
table number input to OrderReceipt component
update order status +/- with friendly status names
