As a user
I want to see and search for all the quizzes on the home page
I want to take a quiz on the homepage

Steps to Follow (optional)

Display recently created quizzes/exams (with a button to view more)
Create action buttons (generate a question, manage an exam)
Create User Info column
Welcome message

Any supplemental information including unresolved questions, links to external resources, screenshots, etc.
