t/004_results.t fails with "Use of freed value in iteration ..." #4

    for my $radio (grep /:/, @{ $results{$_} }) {
        my ($radio_question) = ($radio =~ /(.*):/);
        @{ $results{$_} } = grep $_ ne $radio_question, @{ $results{$_} }
    }

In the above block because $results{$_} is changed, $radio can become undef as a result t/004_result.t aborts.
