Support for "Image chooser"

this one, would be very powerful. Having the possibility to pick images and continue to the workflow would be amazing.

Partial support, most likely - the image picker nodes are a mess... I anticipate supporting two main use cases:

• single image, continue or cancel
• multiple images, pick which, if any to progress

When using it to validate an image to continue perhaps it can stay in the controller. However when evaluating multiple images a pop up is a great idea.

OK, I've been thinking about this as I walked the dog...

The Image Chooser nodes have become really messy over a year or two of adding whatever oddities people wanted. I think I might create a new, cleaner, replacement, that will be easy to integrate with the controller.

If/when I go ahead, I'll post a link to the repo for that node here, and discussion about the core features can happen there.

However when evaluating multiple images a pop up is a great idea." I think I'd prefer consistent behaviour (easier to code!). Seems to me that the Image Picker is conceptually "blocking" - you have to make a decision to continue - so something appearing on top makes sense. The image(s) would also remain in the controller (probably)

But it would be important to take into account that being able to put the picker wherever in the controller, as the other nodes, just because it can have a logic in the workflow to put it in a certain place. I tend to put nodes from top to bottom in order of sequence. Other people might use it in another position.
