Use alpine base image

Is it possible to use alpine base images instead of debian? I believe the alpine based images would result in redis node images with a much smaller size.

While I agree alpine would make the image smaller, I'm more concerned about performance. I haven't researched the issue as it specifically applies to Redis; but in general, musl is slower than glibc especially in multi-threaded applications with many mallocs. This is based on research from 3 years ago though (maybe things have changed?).

Another consideration is the potential of adding support for arm64 and its impact on performance (supposedly musl performs better on arm, but I don't have direct experience with that).
