@mmguero cloned issue idaholab/Malcolm#599 on 2024-10-22:

We had a discussion in our CISA sync about trying to find ways to simplify the user's experience with the NetBox interface. Here are some ideas:

  • building out some custom NetBox front-page widgets that point people towards the Malcolm integrations or parts of the data model that are specifically relevant to Malcolm

  • looking at custom links (we're doing a few of these, but we could do more) that pivot back over into Malcolm
