I see that there is already a file for load balancer resource creation. But it is currently disabled. Could this be enabled and updated in the Terraform registry so that it's usable?

This is good call @willsu88 , we are planning to implement something like this but it will take some time as there are some changes we need to do on the API, etc.

I will move this to blocked for now, will update once we implement it. In the meantime this is the way to create the LBs:
