Creating a timeline for link checking results

In the link checking section we're scoring the ratio of ok-links (status 200 or 203) to checked non ok links. The idea is to visualize per collection and overall how this ratio evolves.
We can either extract the ratio for one year from the reports we have got so far or calculate it from status and history table in the database. What we need is the mean to create a graph from the data and store it as an image, which we can integrate in the collection report then.

It might be insightful to have the option of seeing the absolute numbers as well as/instead of the ratio.
