Title search & language search aside from English #6

Hi,

I have recently started using wos_lite API. I have a remark and question.

when making a query with TS=(.....) this should search for a topic not title necessarily. I guess if title search is desired it should be changed to TI=(..........) ?
Would like to make a search in Dutch but could not find if this is possible or not. Could you guide me on making requests in languages other than English? Where can I find the list?
