More up-to-date CSD examples

The CSD examples provided seem quite old. Specially for Spark. I know Spark is automatically integrated to the Cloudera distribution now. But it would be interesting to see a more recent example in order to understand the evolutions to the CSD spec and underlying mechanisms. Could you please upload a recent Spark CSD? Or provide a location where to download one?
