Code block enhancements

Our code block component as is is not too useful. Being able to scroll in both X/Y axis is important, so is making sure we utilize the language prop to style the code. Otherwise this is just a component that applies a font-mono class to it which isn't helpful.

We should add a way shiki for syntax highlighting and make sure our code scrolls but doesn't overflow the bounds of the component.
