Update ReadMe & Positional Arguments Descriptions with Additional Information/Instructions

• API Key needs to be created on the Root (Master) Group or you will encounter 403: Access Denied.

• The Halo Group ID required is the actual group ID found embedded in the URL of the Halo Group and not the actual Halo Group Name. Maybe include an example:

https://portal.cloudpassage.com/halo/dashboard/iaas_dashboard/[GROUP_ID_FOUND_HERE]

• There are dependencies that rely on the SDK, therefore you will also need to download the SDK in order for the script to run properly.

• The positional arguments descriptions should be updated to specifically state that Account Name and Account ID values should not be changed in the CSV columns unless you will also modify the script because it expects the explicit values of Account Name and Account ID for both columns. Modifying these with underscores or eliminating the spaces, for example, results in an error. So the recommendation should be to stick with the default names and just enclose them in quotes when running the command.
