Create history page and global setting to limit history size and leverage history as cache for a period of time

While the history is available in the developers settings, its not very user friendly. An options page dedicated to lookup history would make it more usable.

Also add a setting to limit history sizes and a setting to use the history as cache for a defined period of time. The default use as cache setting will probably be 24 hours, this way API requests are not used needlessly if looking up the same item on the same day.
