When users are blocked from accessing a link from Google, nothing happens

If users click a blocked link from a google search page, it will appear as though nothing happens.

When links are clicked, it looks like Google sends a "pre-flight" XHR that fails for some reason. When that happens, the user does not get redirected.

This is probably inaccurate. Will look into it more when I get the chance.
