Shows up fine in the snakemake interactive stdout. But jobinfo shows the same mem allocation for all retries.

The commit includes a outcommented retries key, but I tested it before outcommenting.

I made major changes to how the memory is being allocated through the cluster/sbatch command. I have to recheck how that works.
