Description of the bug

Scout cloak doesn't IFF check doesn't work correctly, and I think(??) that it only protects you from FF if your shooter has all of your faction groups, instead of just one.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Bullets go through.

How do we reproduce this bug?

Spawn FORECON marksman (survivor), spawn scout cloak and scout armor, equip armor, go invis, spawn in USCM RFN, shoot at cloaked scout thinking its a lurker, kill.
