We got this PR #2065 for nchs
Just need to make nssp use the same mechanism and remove the current clunky mechanism on bigchunk-dev-02.

check nchs run on staging + set up staging stash while waiting for release
check nchs run on prod
move local + staging nchs stash to prod
PR for nssp move
check nssp on staging
check nssp on prod
move old stash on dev-2 to prod
remove old mechanism from bigchunk-dev-02
