Root cause identified:

The librarian agent's fallback chain in src/cli/model-fallback-requirements.ts references this non-existent model:

I encountered the same issue, thx for pointing it out.

I ran:

opencode models

and found that opencode/gpt-5-nano still works. I replaced all opencode/glm-4.7-free entries in ~/.config/opencode/oh-my-opencode.json with opencode/gpt-5-nano, and now Atlas /start-work is finally working.
