real faculty ratings

• Profile button moved to the side of logout button
• new Ratings button in the place of Profile button
• a supabase table that stores ratings of faculty
• Ratings page has two tabs: View Ratings, Do Ratings
  • Do ratings: a select component lists all the semesters and faculties(using the same endpoint that subjects page uses). user can only rate these faculty members
  • View ratings: user can view ratings of all facilities.
• Rating parameters(1[bad]-5[good]):
  1. leniency in attendance/proxy
  2. quality of teaching and student interaction
  3. marking
  4. coming to class late allowed
  5. difficulty of subject
