Box Navigation Links: Update Landing Page Card Pictures

The pictures on landing page are currently just stock photos of Mattapan - use these images instead and copy them into public/assets directory and have the cards point to them

Not ready to start this week as @sashahulk is finalizing the other 2 "Get Involved" and "Contact Us" images.
"Contact Us" page could actually become "Tutorial" and move up.

Once Sasha puts the Get Involved image in, you can use the feature/landing-card-update branch as a head start
