Find other projects to fork in the brigade network for starter projects #159

I think we need to build these out a bit more so that new members can actually just pick them up and start running with them.

An idea I've had is to just go find these projects ourselves, maybe 2 per leadership team member, and go ahead and fork them into Code for Denver's repo. Then take a project meeting to go through and understand what issues we can create so that new members can just pull them down and work on them.

Issues might be:

  • find the relevant Denver/Colorado data set
  • open the relevant data set
  • replace all hardcoded specific references to a geography and make them global variables so it's easier to fork in the future
