現在 IaaS で運用しているがOSやクラスタの面倒をみるのが時間も手間もかかりすぎる。
(サーバー費だけは寄付で賄っているが)

Heroku 、 GAE などの対応をより進める & コンテナライズする。

PaaS 運用になったらクローズ。
