Description:
Implement YOLOv8 face detection with GPU acceleration.

Sub-tasks:

• 1 Generating embeddings from faces
• 2 List all faces / all faces by video
• 3 Enable grouping faces
• 4 Search videos by faces

Requirements: 6.6, 10.9, 10.10

Acceptance Criteria:

• Known person stored in database
• Known person can be associated with faces manually, automatically
• GPU acceleration works when available
• Videos searchable by faces
