Check Accuracy of Input Voltage

The reading for input voltage seems unrealistic at times. 

1. Ensure that calculations performed to give input voltage values is accurate in the firmware through use of an oscilloscope or voltmeter.
2. If calculations are incorrect, please figure out how to adjust them to reflect the correct values (within 0.5V).
