LED Indicator for POD input voltage threshold

LED indicator to tell user if the input voltage source is less than a given value, say, 11.8 volts.

This might be good as an LED, but it also requires calibration of the Input Voltage signal - now it seems to be inaccurate by 1 or 2 volts.
