Allow customers to configure the "app consistent backup" parameter in a Protection Group

Example or reference

Customers are not able for the moment to configure if they want or not to use the quiescence mode used for the vsphere snapshot.
They need to ask our support team to perform the modification directly in the GUI.
We prevent them to access directly to the GUI for security reason.
So do you think that specific configuration can be added in the plugin ones in the next releases ?
